Today's Jetta F1 race notes (Spoilers)

Ferrari had a little luck with the initial pitstop, followed by the Latifi crash which brought a virtual safety car, then an actual safety car. Checo hit the pit for tires, and went from first to 4th. Ouch!

Lewis and K-Mag started on hard tires. Thought it was a mistake, but they seemed to work just fine. K-Mag ended up getting into the pit under a later virtual safety car, but the pit entrance was closed when Lewis needed tires. Bad luck for Lewis, since he was stuck pitting under a green flag. Lewis was ahead before tires, but fell behind K-Mag at the finish. Haas and K-Mag finished 9th and 10th.

A little bad luck for Ferrari at the end. There was a yellow flag in sector 1, which was the one section of the track that the Ferrari had a huge advantage. If it was in another sector, then Leclerc probably would have won the race. This was definitely close racing!

This new car formula has really given us close racing. Hats off to F1 for giving us the best racing in a very long time!

Finish order: Max, Leclerc, Sainz, Perez, Russell, Ocon, Norris, Gasly, K-Mag, & Lewis.

Haas finished in the points for the second race in a row.

Next race is in Australia in two weeks. Hopefully Mick and Seb will both be back the field.
